What’s Changing
New Sign In Process
- You will be prompted to provide your individual email address to identify yourself - user names or shared email addresses will no longer be accepted
- You may also be asked to change your password
If you are accessing proprietary content, the system will prompt you to set up a Multifactor Authentication (MFA) process
- You will need your phone & email to complete the process
- Going forward, you will utilize the MFA process each time you sign in
Timing for These Changes
The migration to Microsoft Azure AD will occur between Feb 10 –17 2023.
During the migration period:
- You may experience disruptions when signing in
- You also may be prompted to sign in using the new process on some applications and your current sign in process for others
- Once the migration is complete, you will have one sign in process for all Intel sites
