Description
In the Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition software, you may see this error when you instantiate the ALTMULT_COMPLEX IP core in "dynamic_complex_mode" and you have different port widths for port A and port B.
The dynamic complex mode option is only available for Stratix V devices.
Resolution
To workaround this problem, use the same widths for both ports.
