Is there a specific order that ACEX® 1K devices should be powered down in order to avoid spikes on the I/O of the device?

BUILT IN - ARTICLE INTRO SECOND COMPONENT
Description Yes. Altera® recommends the VCCINT supply be powered down before the VCCIO supply to avoid any voltage spikes on the I/O pins.
