In the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 20.1 and later, you may see the following error during compilation if the Data Bus Input mode is set to 50 ohms with calibration under the FPGA I/O tab of the Intel Agilex® 3 FPGA QDR-IV IP.
Error(20714): OCT "emif_fm_0_oct_oct_rzqin~pad" requests I/O standard "1.2-V POD" and Rt resistance "Parallel 50 Ohm with Calibration", but this I/O standard only supports Rt resistance "Parallel 60 Ohm with Calibration".
This error occurs only with the Intel Agilex® FPGA ES devices.
Note: The 50 ohm with calibration setting for the Data Bus Input mode is supported with the Intel Agilex® FPGA production devices.
To work around this error with the Intel Agilex® FPGA ES devices, set the Data Bus Input mode to 60 ohms with calibration under the FPGA I/O tab of the Intel Agilex® 3 FPGA QDR-IV IP.
