How to fix "Modern Standby feature" not working on Intel® NUCs

Description

Changing power button to amber in BIOS for modern standby does not work, the power button stays blue
Sleepstudy report shows the NUC is not entering modern standby
NUC not entering S3 sleep
The "powercfg" command shows S0 Low Power Idle as the sleep state

Resolution

To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:

Update your Intel® NUC BIOS
Reinstall Windows 10 on your Intel® NUC
