Intel Partner Alliance program and membership support are operational, but we are experiencing intermittent delays as some of our support personnel are based in impacted countries.
Some Intel Customer Support product warranty services are currently being impacted due to country restrictions; the details of which can be found below. Geographies not listed are currently not impacted.
If further country-specific government restrictions are applied, there is the potential for additional impacts causing warranty processing and transit times to increase. We are actively monitoring the situation to adjust operations where and/or when possible and will communicate to our warranty customers directly when potential delays are known.
