No display on a multi-display setup via HDMI® and DisplayPort*.

Resolution

The following troubleshooting steps can help when no display is showing on an Intel® NUC connected to multiple displays:

  1. Run the latest BIOS firmware:
    1. BIOS Update and Recovery Instructions for Intel® NUC with Visual BIOS.
    2. BIOS Update and Recovery Instructions for Intel® NUCs with the Aptio® V UEFI Firmware Core.
  2. Install the latest Intel® Graphics – Windows* DCH Drivers.
  3. Try other cables. It is worth noting that using adapters may cause various display issues.
  4. Make sure monitors or TVs are running the latest firmware.
