Description
System storage view in Intel RST does not show drives after an update was applied using Intel Driver & Support Assistant.
Resolution
Sometimes, IDSA can offer a driver which is latest but may not be fully compatible with the current configuration of the customer system.
Verify the following:
- The release notes of the driver indicate platform/OS compatibility.
- The driver supports the combination of hardware/software.
- The chipset supports the version of driver installed.
- The system supports the operating system (OS) .
