Description
The following error messages may appear:
WARNING! Please back up your data and replace your hard disk drive.
WARNING! Your HDD/SSD might crash at any moment.
Resolution
Perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
- Back up data.
- Update the firmware of the drive.
- Run Secure Erase on the drive.
- Download Intel® Memory and Storage Tool (GUI) and export drive details and share with Intel® Customer Support agent for further analysis.
