Detailed Description

Purpose

The Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (Intel® RST) Driver supports the configuration and enabling of multiple features, including:

    • Configuration and maintenance of RAID volumes
    • Intel® RST
    • Intel® Optane™ Memory

Note:
Before installing RST driver, make sure that VMD is enabled in BIOS.

Which files to choose?

Option 1:

  • Download and unzip RST-Win10-18.0.1.1138.2.zip and execute SetupRST.exe
    Supports advanced features such as management of RAID volumes and Intel® System Recovery Technology (Intel® SRT) and Intel® Optane Memory.

Option 2:

1) Use RST-F6Floppy-18.0.1.1138.2.zip during operating system installation to detect PCIe* NVMe* drives.
2) Download and unzip RST_UI_18.0.1017.0.zip and then right-click on DSIM_INSTALL_HSA_1017.bat, chose "Run as Administrator"
