Problem: There is a bug in physical synthesis that causes functional
 	 errors in some rare cases where a design has constant cells. The bug
  	 can only happen when physical synthesis is on and the family used is
  	 Stratix III, Stratix IV, Arria II GX, HardCopy III or HardCopy IV.




Solution: This patch solves the problem.


Caution - You must either have previously installed the 
          Quartus II 10.1 software or must 
          install the Quartus II 10.1 software 
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will 
          not be installed correctly and the Quartus II 
          software will not run properly.
